These terms of sale apply to any subscription or individual purchase on BeforeAsk. Pricing: Prices are indicated in euros including tax. The Premium subscription is billed monthly. Payment: Payments are secure and processed by Stripe. Accepted payment methods are credit cards. Right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement. Billing: An invoice is issued for each payment and accessible from your account. Disputes: In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The competent courts are those of the registered office of MAVY.
