These terms of use govern access to and use of the BeforeAsk website. Access: Access to the site is free. Some content is reserved for registered and/or subscribed users. Use: The prompts provided are intended for personal or professional use. Any reproduction, redistribution or resale of prompts is strictly prohibited. Content: MAVY is committed to providing quality prompts that are tested and verified. However, results obtained via AI depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed. Self-billing clause: The contributor expressly authorizes BeforeAsk to issue invoices in the contributor's name and on the contributor's behalf for amounts due. Contributor tax responsibility: The contributor is solely responsible for the accuracy, updates, and compliance of tax information (VAT, business identifiers, billing address, legal status). VAT clause: If the contributor is VAT registered, VAT is added to the net amount due at payout time, in accordance with applicable tax rules. Liability: MAVY shall not be held liable for results obtained through the use of prompts with third-party services (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). Modifications: MAVY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial modifications.
